Megnik Consulting, represented by Dr. Brigid Freeman (Lead Consultant) and Megan Nicholas (Consultant), delivered a series of workshops on policy and procedure development at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia.
Commissioned by the Educational Effectiveness and Efficiency Center (EEEC) at KFUPM, the initiative aimed to support the development of a comprehensive academic policy system that enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching, learning, and the student life cycle. The project focused on establishing a streamlined framework for policy development, endorsement, approval, registration, and implementation evaluation.
As part of the engagement, Megnik facilitated discussion sessions, led interactive workshops, and participated in strategic meetings with KFUPM stakeholders. The team also supported the delivery of online training and coaching, ensuring a structured approach to academic policy management.
This collaboration aligns with Megnik’s expertise in learning and development, governance, and stakeholder engagement, with future scope for mentoring, auditing, automation, and partnerships with Australian institutions to further enhance academic policy effectiveness at KFUPM.
